- If your order is over C$48 and is shipped within Canada or within the contiguous US you will receive FREE shipping. Remember if you're at the end of your order and you're close to C$48 feel free to check out our other great products which you can add to your order to qualify you for free shipping.
- Low cost shipping on all orders under C$48! Orders under C$48 ship for only C$4.95! FREE SHIPPING On All Orders over C$48! This shipping option is applicable for all orders within Canada shipped via Canadapost Expedited parcel or Letter mail, or for all orders in the US (within the contiguous US only) shipped via USPS Mail or Fedex Ground at our discretion.
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 1-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping to remote or rural area will take longer. All orders are shipped from our Vancouver BC warehouse and our US distribution center.
- We only ship to Canada and the contiguous US.
3. Tracking Your Order
- You may upgrade your shipping option in Canada to Fedex Ground or FedEx 2Day during checkout by paying extra shipping rates. Expedited Shipping may be unavailable to rural areas.
- Orders received before 3 PM EST usually will be shipped out the same day. Orders after 3 PM EST will usually be shipped on the following business day; orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will ship on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Orders shipped Fedex can only be delivered to a physical address. We cannot send packages via Fedex to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address.
4. Shipping Notes
- Orders can be tracked by logging on to your inktoneroutlets.ca account. Click MY ACCOUNT and then My Orders you will be able to see the status of your order. We also provide an email confirmation with every order that is placed. This confirmation will include a tracking number so you can check the progress of your shipment. You can always track orders with one of our representatives by calling our toll free number 1-888-983-5009, or email us to email@example.com.
- Transit time will take estimated 1-5 business days depending on your location.
5. One-Year Product Warranty
- Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the carrier considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center to resolve any issues.
- Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. For assistance with your order, or a Return Authorization, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-888-983-5009 or email us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
- We will refund or replace your product for ONE YEAR — Risk-Free, with the following restrictions:
- In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned product must be returned with original packing and will go through the exam in our warehouse.
- Please contact our Customer Care Center if you need to replace or return your order.
