How do I return an item?

For all returns/refunds:

1) If you wish to refund a product, including defective items, we will pay you back the amount of money for the product only. Shipping charge is nonrefundable.

2) When you return your package, please include all items originally sent as well as the proper packaging.

3) Please email us first to obtain a return number and instructions before sending a return as we will not accept any unless we are notified prior to your return.

4) Any damage or losses during the return will be the customer's responsibility. We will not refund if any problems are found during the shipment back, please pack the returned items carefully.

5) Refund will be given after we have received and examined the item.

6) We are unable to extend our warranty upon customer request.

7) Please be aware that we may charge restocking fee for non-defective items.
